PTC is situated in a prime location directly across from Amtrak and SEPTA’s Paoli Train Station in a market that is projected to experience moderate, positive growth in both the apartment and retail sectors. Plans are in place for immediate renovations to both the apartments and retail space to improve tenant acquisition and retention.
The property was purchased for $925,000. The transaction was financed through private investors for equity and debt financing was provided by Alliance Bank on behalf of Paoli Town Center LLC.
