Edgewater Group LLC (“Edgewater”), is pleased to announce the promotion of Anne Holmes Brier to Vice President and Treasurer.
Anne, currently serving as Edgewater’s Treasurer, has performed a number of roles and responsibilities at the company. Prior to taking on the role of Treasurer, Anne managed such diverse duties as cash management, bookkeeping and operations manager as well as opening and staffing Edgewater’s first two offices in Paoli and Doylestown. Anne joined Edgewater in 2009 from BG Capital Advisors Inc. where she handled bookkeeping and cash management. Anne graduated summa cum laude from Temple University with a BA in history.
Founded in 2008, Edgewater is a boutique multidisciplinary real estate Firm that provides distressed advisory, management and value-add investment services. Edgewater’s unique focus is on the micro and middle market segments in secondary and tertiary locations in the United States.
