Edgewater Group Unveils New Gastropub, 1876 Bar & Grille

TALLAHASSEE, Fla.– Edgewater Group LLC and its affiliate, Capital Circle Properties LLC, today announced the grand reopening of Alluxsuites at 1876 Capital Circle, an extensively renovated hotel with 89 suites in Tallahassee. The property also debuted The 1876 Bar & Grille, a gastropub-style restaurant and bar.

Alluxsuites at 1876, an Ascend Collection Hotel, is Tallahassee’s first and only upscale, full-service extended-stay hotel. The property offers spacious studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites designed for both productivity and relaxation. Each suite includes a dedicated work area with complimentary high-speed internet, along with a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless-steel appliances, glass-top stoves, ovens and full-sized refrigerators.

Guests and locals can also enjoy The 1876 Bar & Grille, located inside the hotel. The restaurant features indoor and outdoor seating, fire pits, and live music on the patio. The menu highlights include the 1876 Burger, Pimento Cheese Fritters, Brisket BLT, Filet Mignon, Bangers and Mash, Peach Hot Honey Cheesecake, and a variety of flatbreads.
